Middlesex


At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of
our Lord the King holden in and for the County
of Middlesex at the Session house for the
said County on Monday the seventh day of
January in the 33d year of the reign of
our Sovereign Lord George the third King of
Great Britain Etc

It is ordered that the hearing and determining the matter
of an appeal between the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Christ Church in the City of London
appellants and the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Margaret in the City of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex Respondents touching the settlement
of Mary Gill< no role > Widow of William Gill< no role > deceased with Charles< no role >
her Child (by her said late husband) which stood duly
adjourned until this Session Do at the request of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Christ Church stand further adjourned until
the next General Session of the Peace to be holden for this
County and on notice hereof in the mean time to be given
unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster they and
all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session
house aforesaid on Thursday the 21st. day of February
next at the hour of nine in the Forenoon of the same
day to hear and abide the judgement and determination
of the said Court touching the said appeal
