Maketh Oath that he this deponent was Indicted
in October Session last And this Deponent Saith that
be Neglected to serve the above Named Prosecutors
with Notices of Tryal in Order to Try his Traverse
in December Sessions lastashe being an Intire
Stranger and ignorant as to the proceedings in this
Court as he has since been informed he Ought to have
done And this deponent Saith that he Will take due
Care to Serve or cause to be served the above named
Prosecutors with proper Notices of Trial in Order to
Try has Traverse the Next February Sessions
