said Recognizance but that being a Stranger to the necessary st [..]
to be taken in the Business not Knowing when the next Session
commenced and supposing he should be informed from the Magistraty
when he should attend neglected to attend at the then next Session
(as was his duty to have done) to prosecute as aforesaid by reason
whereof his this Deponents Recognizance is become forfeited And
this Deponent lastly saith that his not attending to prosecute
as aforesaid intirely arose from the mistake aforesaid and not from
any fear Favour or affection of from or towards her the said Jane
Wittick or from any reward or expected reward received or to be
received by him this Deponent or any Person on his account
from her the said Jane Wittick< no role > or from any other Person
whomsoever
