That Your Petitioner was on the tenth day of January
one thousand Seven hundred and ninety four before
Nathaniel
Bland< no role >
Esquire
one of his Majestys Justices of the peace
for the
County of Middlesex
convicted for unlawfully using or causing
to be used a Waggon upon a certain Turnpike Road in the
parish of Uxbridge
in the said County the Sale or Bottom of
the Teller of the Wheels of which said Waggon being of
less Breadth or Gauge than Six Inches and was then and
there drawn by find Horses contrary to the statute Etc And
the said

did adjudge your Petitioner to
pay and forfeit for the same Offence the Sum of Five Pounds
whereby your Petitioner conceives himself aggrieved
Your Petitioner therefore humbly appeals to this
Court against the said Conviction pursuant to
Notice given to the said Nathaniel Bland< no role >
of your
Petitioner Intention so to do And Prays that
your Worships will appoint same day in the
Present Session for hearing and determining
the said Appeal
And Your Petitioner will ever Pray Etc
