Take Notice that I intend to appear
to the Next General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace to be holden for the County of Middlesex
against a certain Conviction under your
hand and Seal bearing date the Tenth day
of January 1794 whereby I am Convicted
of unlawfully using or causing to be used
a Waggon on a certain [..] Road in
the Parish of Uxbridge in the said County
of Middlesex the Sole or bottom of the Fellies
of the Wheels of which Said Waggon being
of less Breadth Or Gange than Sexmates [..]
and was then and there drawn by fire
Horses Contrary to the Statute be and
adjudged Whare for feited the Sum of
Five Poundsfor the Supposed offence
aforesaid Dated the Tenth day of January
1794
