to the best of my Skill and Knowledge execute the Office of
one of the Labouring Coal Meters for the City and Liberty of
Westminster , and for that Part of the Dutchy of Lancaster adjourning
thereto, and for the Serveral Parishes of Saint Giles in the Fields
Saint Mary le Bone , and for Such Part of the Parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn , as lies in the County of Middlesex and
that I Will truly and Impartially Measure, or See Measured
all Coals between Buyer and Seller without favor or hatred
