Office of one of the Labouring Coal meters
for the City and Liberty of Westminster : and for
that part of the Dutchy of Lancaster adjoining
thereto and for the several Parishes of Saint
Giles in the fields Saint Mary le Bon and
for such part of the Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn as lies in the County of Middlesex
and that I will truly and Imparterlly merson
or see measured all Coals between Bayer
and Seller without Favor or Hatred
