oath and saith that he was was Present and did see the within

and Deed deliver the within General Release and that
the name Thos. Francis subscribed against the Seal
to the within written Release is the own Proper Hand Writing
writing of the said Thomas Francis< no role > and that the name Gillham
subscribed to the within Release as one of the Wetnrsses there to
is of the Proper Hand writing of the said James Gillham< no role >
and that the name of this Deponent subscribed to the within
Release the other Witness to the Execution thereof is of this
