Hammersmith
in the Parish of Fulham
and
County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That on or about the fourth day of October
1793 a Rate or assessment was made for the
Relief of the Poor of the Hamlet of Hammersmith
in the Parish of Fulham
in the County of
Middlesex
and which Rate was allowed by
Nathaniel Conant< no role >
Esquire and
Phillip Neve< no role >
Esquire two of his Majesties Justices of the
Peace
for the said County on the fifth day
of the said Month of October
That your Petitioner being aggreived by
such Rate craves leave to appeal therefrom
and the grounds of such his Appeal are as
follows
First Because your Petitioner is Rated
for the Premises which the Occupies beyond
the Value of them
Secondly Because Thomas Dean< no role >
John Horton< no role >
Thomas Chambers< no role >
and
divers others whose names are mentioned
in the Book or rate and who severally
hold rateable Property in the said Hamlet
are not rated at all in respect of such
property
Thirdly Because Stephen Randall< no role >
is
not rated in respect of Land at or near
