Assessment may be Quashed or that your
Petitioner may have such Relief in the
premises as to Your Worships s hall seem
meet And that your Worshipswill
Appoint a day in the present Sessions
for the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the sd. Hamlet of Hammersmith
and all other Persons concerned to Attend
to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of the court touching the
said Appeal
