Fourthly Because the said Rate is in other
respects partial unjust and Oppresive

Your Petitioner therefore most humbly prays
you Worships to take the premises into
Consideration and that the said Rate or
Assessment may be Quashed or that your
Petitioner may have such Relief in the
premises as to Your Worships shall seem
meet And that your Worships will Appoint
a day in the present Sessions for the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Hamlet of Hammersmith and
all other Persons concerned to attend to
hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of the court touching the
said Appeal
