At the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace
of our Lord the King holden for the County of
Middlesex at the Session House on
Clerkenwell Green in the said County by
Adjournment on Monday the twenty
eighth day of October in the 34th. Year of
the Reign of our sovereign Lord George
the third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Mary le bone in the County of
Middlesex aforesaid have Notice of this
Petition and Appeal and that they and
all Persons concerned do attend this Court
on Thursday the 31st. day of this Instant
October at 9 o Clock in the forenoon of
the same day to here and abide the
Judgment and Determination of the said
Court touching the Petition
