present Session exhibited his Petition and Appeal setting
forth That by a certain Conviction in writing under the
Hands and Seals of John Scott< no role >
and Philip Neve< no role >
Esqrs. two of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the said County bearing
date the Twelfth Day of September instant he was convicted
on the Oath of Mark Lemon< no role >
of Unicorn Yard Oxford Street
in the said County of Middlesex
Stable keeper
of being a Rogue
and Vagabond within the intent and meaning of the
Statute made in the Thirty Second Year of the Reign of
his present Majesty intituled "An Act for the more effectual
Administration of the Office of Justice of the Peace in such
Parts of the Counties of Middlesex
and Surry as he in and
near the Metropolis and for the more effectual prevention
of Felonies" whereby the Petitioner conceived himself
aggrieved Whereupon at the request of the said Petitioner
It is Ordered that the benefit of his said Appeal should
be saved unto him and the hearing and determining
thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned until the next
General Quarter Session of the Peace to he holden for the said
County and on Notice hereof in the mean time to be given
unto the said John Scott< no role >

Esqr. they and all Person
concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid on
Thursday the Thirty First Day of October next at the hour of time
in the forenoon of the same Day to hear and abide the Judgement and
Determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
