The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwarden and Overseer of the poor
of the parish
of Lacton otherwise Latton in the County of Essex
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order under the hands &
seals of N. Bond and A. Mitchell Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
in and for the
County of Middlesex
and Liberty of Westminster
(one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the fourth day
of May 1793

being then Pregnant with Child was
removed and conveyed from the parish of Saint
Clement Danes
in the County of Middlesex
and Liberty
of Westminster
aforesaid to the said Parish of Lacton
otherwise Latton as the Place of her last legal
settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore Appeal
against the said Order and humbly
pray relief in the premises and that
your Worships will be pleased to Order
that the benefit of their said Appeal Shod.
be saved unto them and the hearing
and determining thereofuntilbe
adjourned until the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace for the said County
of Middlesex
and that a day should be
Appointed for that purpose
And Your Petitioner shall ever pray Etc
