N. Bond H A. Mitchell Esqrs two of hisMgMajesty's Justices Etc. (1 quorum) dated
4th May 1793 Elizth Cook< no role > single woman (then pregnant with a Child of wch she has
since been delivered in Latton parish) was removed from St Clement Danes to
the psh of Lacton orse Latton Essex as her lard legal Settlement whereby
Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved

Case

The Fact is the Pauper Elizth Cook< no role > was only in Mr Burgoyne's service
from April 1791 to February 1792 consequently no settlement and the Order
must be quashed and the Pauper and her illegitimate Child Named William< no role >
born in June lastat Latton pending this Appeal must be Ordered back toSt CD
St Clement Danes
