of the peace for the County of Middlesex at
their GeneralQuarterSession of the Peace
Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Parish of West Ham in the
County of Essex

Sheweth


That by virtue of an order under the hands and Seals
of N Conant and Philip Neve< no role > two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace acting in and for the County of Middlesex (one being of
the Quorum) bearing date the twentieth day of March One thousand
Seven hundred and ninety three Ann Leechman< no role > aged about a
year and an half in the said Order Stated to be the lawful Child of
George Leechman< no role > by Catherine < no role > his Wife was on the twenty ninth
day of July last removed from the Parish of Ealing in the County
of Middlesex unto the Said Parish of West Ham in the County of
Essex as the Place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitions conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the Said Order appeal to this Honorable Court
against the Same And humbly pray your Worships
to appoint a day to hear and determine the
Same And your Petitioners Shall ever pray Etc

for the County of Middlesex on Monday the ninth day of September One thousand
Seven hundred and ninety three

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Par of
the Parish of Ealing have Notice of this Appeal and that they and all
Parties concerned do attend this Court on Thursday next at nine of the
Clock in the forenoon on the matters. of this Petition and Appeal to
hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the Said Court
touching the Said Appeal
