The Examination of John Armstrong< no role > aforesaid-

Who on his Oath saith That the said Moses Chevers< no role > and-
Francis Thomas< no role > are as this Examinant verily believs
Rogues and Vagabonds within the Intent and Meaning of
the Act of parliament in that Case Made and provided
That in th night of the thenth day of May Instant this
Examinant apprehended them in Kingsland Road
Shoreditch in the said County, the said Francis Thomas< no role >
let something fall which this Examinant afterwards
found was an Iron Crow, the said Moses Chevers< no role >
had in his Pocket a Screw Guriblet-And further
saith that one searching the Lodings of Francis-
Thomas
< no role > this Examinant Found a centre Bit, now
produced And in the Apartment of Moses Chevers< no role > -
an Iron Hand vice non also produced and further
saith that the said Iron Crow Geinblet and centre
Bit are Implements used in House breaking And
this Examinant verily believes that the Prisoners
untended felonioulsy to break and enter unto the
Dwelling House, Coach House, Stable orofsome.
