To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex at their
General Quarter Session of the peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate
in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal
under the Hands and Seals of Nathaniel Conant< no role > Esquire
and Philip Neve< no role > Esquire two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace in and for the County of Middlesex and City and Liberty of
Westminster (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date
the Twentieth day of March One thousand seven Hundred and
Ninety three Susannah Clancy< no role > and Child William were
removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Anne within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate
London as the place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Susannah Clancy< no role > and Child

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
Aggrieved by the said Pass Warrant or
Order of Removal of the said two Justices
do therefore humbly Appeal to this Court
against the same Praying such Relief
in the Premises as to this Court shall
seem meet

And Your Petitioners shall
ever pray Etc
