is adjudged to be in the Parish of St. Andrew
Hubbard Little East cheap in the City of London
whereby your Petitioners concerve themselves to be
aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore appeal to
your Worships against the said Order and
humbly crave such Relief therein as to
your Worhips shall seem meet and just
and mas much as your Petitioners cannot
be ready to have their said Appeal heard
at the present Session Your Petitioners
therefore humbly pray that the benefit of
the said Appeal may be saved to them
and the hearing and determining the same may be
adjourned to the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden for
the said County

And your Petitioners
