I hereby countermand the Notice of Trial given you
herein And you are to take Notice that the Court of Session
of the peace to be holden for the said County at the New
Session House on Clerkenwell Green in the said County on
Monday next the 18th. day of February Instant will be
Moved on the first day of the said Session or so soon after as
Counsel can be heard for an Order that the Recognizances of
the abovenamed Defendant and his Bail may be respited and
the Trial of the Traverse upon the above Indictment may be
postponed until the then next Session upon an Affidavit of the
absence of a material Witness Dated the 15th. day of February
1793.
