Upon the Petition of Joshua Perkin< no role >
against John Jagger< no role > Surveyor for the District of Saint
Luke Old Street in the County of Middlesex

You are hereby required to produce on the
Behalf of the Petitioner on the Hearing of this
Petition on Thursday next the tenth Day of
January Instant before his Majesties Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in
General Quarter Session assembled at the Session
House on Clerkenwell Green the Original
Record of the Appointment of the said John
Jagger
< no role > to be Surveyor or Supervisor of the District
of Saint Luke Old Street and the Liberty of
Glass House Yard in the County of Middlesex
And also to produce at the same Time before
the said Justices the several Original Records
filed with you as the Clerk of the Peace of
the said County of the Convictions of John
May Evans
< no role > and William Rolfe< no role > for building
certain Houses in Moor Fields in the Parish
of Saint Luke Within the District aforesaid
contrary to the Rules and Regulations
appointed by a certain Act of Parliament
made and passed in the fourteenth Year of
his present Majesties Reign intitled
"An Act for the further and better Regulation
"of Buildings and Party Walls and for the more
"effectually preventing Mischiefs by Fire Within
" the Cities of London and Westminster and the
"Liberties thereof and other the Parishes
"Precincts and Places within the Weekly
"Bills of Mortality the Parishes of Saint Mary
le bon Paddington Saint Pancras and Saint
"Luke at Chelsea in the County of Middlesex
"and for indemnifying under certain Conditions
"Builders and other Persons against the
"Penalties to which they are or may to liable
"for erecting Buildings within the Limits
"aforesaid contrary to Law"
