who occupies a House which used to be rated at Thirteen pounds
per Annum is also left out and Omitted in the said Rate or
Assessment

That William Hallett< no role > the Clerk of the Chapel of the said
Hamlet who used to be rated for his House at Seven pounds per
Annum is likewise left out and omitted in the said Rate or
Assessment and

That William Rutter< no role > another Occupier of a House in
the said Hawlet who used to be rated at Ten Pounds per Annum
for the same is also left out and Omitted in the said Rate or
Assessment and that those several, Inhabitants and Occupiers
of Houses within the said Hamlet were liable to be rated and
Assessed towards the relief of the poor of the said Hamlet at the
time of making the said Rate or Assessment and for some
time before

Your Petitioner Conceiving himself aggrieved by
the said Rate or Assessment appeals to your Worships
against the same and prays that the Benefit of his
said Appeal may he saved unto him and that the
bearing and determining thereof may be adjourned
until the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden
for this County and that in the mean Time Notice of
his said Appeal be given to the Churchwardens and
