committee and reported, That no person had died in the Gaol since
the last meeting of the Committee and Mr Gibbs added. That the
Goal was in as good a state as he had remembered the same to
have been in for several years at this season of the year.

Your Committee having viewed several specimens of Cloathing
and consulted the medical Gentlemen

Ordered that Messrs Baker & Co.. should supply Mr Harwood
the Keeper of the House of Correction with the following Articles
for the use of the prisoners in the House of Correction and new
prison clerkenwell (Vizt)

1 dozen of Milled Caps but larger than the pattern
3 dozen of Men's yarn Hose full sized.
Half a Dozen pair of Men and half a Dozen pair of Womens Leather
Shoes.
3 dozen of Mens Shirts of Hempen Osnaburgs
3 dozen of Women's Shifts of Flaxen Osnaburgs
One Dozen of Jackets and one Dozen of Woollen Trowsers like the
Jacketts

And that Mr Bonus do in like manner supply the following
Articles (Vizt.)

two Dozen of Men's Jacketts of the same stuff as the Trowsers
produced and two dozen of Trowsers Do
Two Dozen of Women's Jacketts of the same stuff.
Two dozen of petticoats Do.
Two dozen of Men's shoes at 4s..6d
Two dozen of Women's Doat 4s..2d
Two dozen of Woollen Caps at8d
Two dozen of Womens Hose at 1s..2d.
6 Jack Towels
3 dozen of Hand Do.

And Messrs Gibbs and Chamberlaine having both given
it as their opinion that a Chimney could not be carried into the Sick
ward
