You are Ordered to attend this Count tomorrow being the Sixth
day of July Instant at One of the Clock in the Afternoon at the
Session House on Clerkenwell Green it having been represented to
this Court by the Overseers of the poor and Sideman of the-
Parish of Saint Johns Clerkenwell that you have taken upon you
the Office of Headborough for the said Parish not being
qualified to execute the said Office

Sidemen & [..] of the Parishes of St. James and St. John Clerkenwell do
hereby certify to the worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex , That the above named William Weaver< no role >
was nominated and recommended by us or some of us to the
Court Leet as a proper person to serve the Office of Headborough
for the District or Liberty of St John Clerkenwell and was as we
have been informed and belive duly sworn to execute the duties
of the said office And we further certify that we till believe
the said William Weaver< no role > to be a proper Person to execute the
said office, and that we or any of us never represent that
he had taken upon him the said office, not being qualifed to
execute the same, as above stated.
