The following Report of Mr Rogers the County
Surveyor made in pursuance of the Direction of the
Committee appointed to consider the Petition of the
Inhabitants of Enfield relative to the Bridge at Forty
three being read Vizt

(Here insert to Mr Rogers's Reports Verbating)

Resolved That this Court would not be
Warranted in Considering this as a County Bridge

Ordered That the Clerk of the Peace do transmit
to Mr Prescott a Copy of the Report of the
County Surveyor Late the same time request
him to communicate to the other Gerld [..]
interested to the said petition the said Report
and the Resolution of the said thereon

It having been suggested to the Court that the
Vagrant Act passed in the last Session of
