being Charged and Convicted before the said Justice upon the Oath of James Bolton< no role > of being a
Rogue and Vagabond within the intent and meaning of an Act of Parliament made and
Passed in the Seventeenth Year of the Reign of his late Majesty King George the Second Intitled
"An Act to amend and make more effectual the Laws relating to Rogues Vagabonds and other
idle and disorderly Persons and to Houses of Correction". to wit, For that He the said Francis
Rhodes
< no role > on the Seventh day of March then Instant at the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the
said County of Middlesex did unlawfully pretend to till the Fortunes of the said James Bolton< no role >
and of the Child of the said James Bolton< no role > contrary to the Statute Etc there to be kept until
this present Session to be Further dealt with according to Law. This Court upon
shirtExamination of the circumstances of thepremisescase Doth hereby adjudge the said
Francis Rhodes< no role > to be a Rogue and Vagabond for the Cause aforesaid within the true intent and
meaning of the Statute in this behalf made and provided and doth Order that the said
Francis Rhodes< no role > beCommetent todetaing and kept in the said the House of Correction at Clerkenwell aforesaid to hard labourer
for the space of Six Months now next ensuing
