The Order and Adjudication
of John Staples< no role > and William
Qiarrell
< no role > Esquires two of His
Majesty Justices of the Peace for
the said County

WhereasOwen late of Premises Place
Church Lane of the Parish of Saint George [..]
said County shall seen only Charged before as
John Staples< no role > and William Quarrell< no role > Esquire Justices
of the Peace of the said County of Middlesex residing
near the Estate from whence the Goods and Chattles
[..] not being Interested
[..] John Wildman< no role > of the [..] road do in the Parish
of Saint Mary White Chapel in the said County
[..] having Frand [..] City and Clan desinely
removed and Employed away certain Goods and Chattles
of her the saidOwen not exceeding the
[..] of Fifty Pounds Seem or House or Tenement Rate
[..] Possesd of the saidOwen situate
[..] Place aforesaid to prevent the said John
William
< no role > an from Discharging the said Goods and Chattles
for Arrears of Rent due to Sum the said John Wildman< no role >
for the said Hoise [..] ments And Whereas
Samuel Kensley< no role > of Millbury Court Moorfields in the
said County Victualler herethe also been duly Charged
before us with having wilfully and Knowingly & fieled
and Assigned the said [..]
fraudulently and Elamdertiely removing and
Conveying away the said Goods and Chattles and in
Concealing the same And We the said Justices having
Summoned the Parties Concerned and examined the
facts and all Proper Witnesses upon Oath and it
Appearing and being fully proved before Us that the
said Samuel Housley< no role > wilfully and Knowing as
Aided and Assisted the saidOwen in so
removing and Conveying away as aforesaid the said
Goods and Chattles being of the Value of three Pounds
and three Shillings and the Good and Chattles of
the saidOwen and in Concealing the
same We the said Justices do therefore this twentieth
day of August determine and Adjoined that the said
Samuel Housley< no role > is Guilty of the said Offence with
which he is Charged in aforesaid and in Convicted
thereof
