in Saint John [..] Street in the said Part of the said
Parish when your Petitioner ought not to be charged
in the said Rate or Assessment at any greater Rent and
two Yearly Rent of Thirty Pounds for and in Respect of
the said Messuage or Tenement and Premises
And for that Your Petitioner is cleansed in and by the
said rate and Assessment much more than several
other Persons inhabiting in the said Parish in
Proportion to the Yearly Rent or Value of the Premises
they Respectively Occupy in the said Part of the said
Parish are cleansed in and by the said Rate or
Assessment in Particular your Petitioner is charged
much more that Walter Hattam< no role > , George Fillingham< no role > , Moses
Barrett
< no role > , John Lorkin< no role > , William Griffin< no role > and John Willshire< no role >
are severally charged in and by the said Rate or
Assessment in Proportion to the Yearly Rents of the
several and Respective Premises for which they and
your Petitioner are severally and Respectively charged
in the said Rate or Assessment And also for that the said
Rate or Assessment is in many Respects Partiall
and unequall.

Your Petitioner therefore Humbly
Prays that he may be relieved by
being Charged in the said Rate or
Assessment at the Rate of thirty Pounds
a Year instead of the same which your
Petitioner now stands Charged with and
that the said Rate or Assessment may
be amended accordingly or grant him
met other Relief as to your Worships
shall seem meet And your Petitioner
shall ever Pray Etc.
