Resolved that the said Proposal be referred to the Commee App.
in April Sess: 1786 to carry into Execon the Pean of a House of Conn. for this
Co: that they do consider the same as also any other Proposal that may be offices to there and Report their Opinion thereon
to the Court on the Co: day of the next General Quarter Sess: of the Peace to
be holden for this Co: & that in the mean time the Clerk of the Peace do
receive any other Proposals that may be offered to him and lay the
same before the said Commee for their Consideration
