Sheweth
That your Petitioner thinking himself
aggrieved by a certain Rate or Assessment made by
two Vestrymen of that part of the Parish of Saint
Sepulchre which is in two County of Middlesex
on the
7th day of July last past and commencing at Lady
try last for the Relief and employment of the Poor
in the said Part of the said Parish on the Twenty Ninth day
of Julynow last Past appealed against the said
Rate before

and
Charles Inquiet< no role >

two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
Residing and
Acting in and for the said County of Middlesex
and
thereupon the said Justices afterwards that is to say
on the said Twenty Ninth. day of Julynow last past heard the
said Appeal and determined the same by allowing the
aforesaid Rate or Assessment.
That Your Petitioner being dissatisfied with the
determination of the said Justices on his aforesaid Appeal
to them now continues his Appeal against the said
Rate or Assessment and also against the determination
of the said Justices thereon for that Your Petitioner
is charged at the same of Fifty Pounds as and for the
Yearly Rent of a certain Messuage or Tenament and
Premises in the Occupation of year Petitioner Situate
