The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Martin in
the Fields
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the
County of Middlesex
.
Sheweth,
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of
Robert Abington< no role >
and
John Collick< no role >
Esquires, Two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the City and Liberty
of Westminster
(One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the
21st. day of September 1791. Hester Wild therein said to be the Widow
of

deceased was removed and conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Margaret in the City of Westminster
to the said Parish
of Saint Martin in the Fields as the Place of her last legal Settlement
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Court against the Adjudication of the said
Two Justices and their said Order and pray that
your Worships will be pleased to appoint
a Day to hear and determine the said Appeal.
And your Petitioners will ever pray Etc.
