The King on the prosecution
of John Darvell< no role > Samuel

John Darvell< no role >

Samuel Greeners< no role > of Pinner in the Parish of Harrow
in the County of Middlesex Hammer maketh oath and saith
that same time in or about the Month of March last the
born Defendar John Darvell was convicted before Thomas
Fellowes
< no role > Esqr and of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex of Stealing a Spade the Property
of this Deponent whereupon the said John Darvell was Alyed
by the said Thomas Fellowes< no role > Esqr to find Sureties for his Appeare
at the then next Sessions for the County of Middlesex and
this Deponent was then & there obliged to enter into his this
Deponents Recognizance to Appear at the same Sessions &
Prefer a bill of Indictment against the said John Darvell
for the said Offence And this Deponent further saith that
about three or four Days before the sd. Bill of Indictment
should have been prepared the said Thomas Fellowes< no role > Esquire
sent one James Lee< no role > a Constable of the said Hamlett of
Pinner to this Deponent to Inform his that he had no
Occasion to Appear at the said Sessions in persuance
of the above mentioned Recognizance unless this Deponent
cha [..] And that no expence or trouble would happen to this
Deponent by not Appears but thatit anthe said
