Lighterman Maketh Oath and saith that he this
Deponent did on Friday the twenty Eighth day of October
instant Mr. Naylor of Newport Street [..] who
Acts as Solicitor for the Prosecutrix Ann Walton< no role > in
this Cause with a true Copy of the Notice hereto annexed
by delivered the Same to a Son of the said Mr. Naylor
And Robert Goldspring< no role > Clerk to Messrs. Feild and
Brown for himself saith that the Son of the said
Mr. Naylor agreed to accept of the said notice for
the above named Ann Walton< no role >
