John Yockney< no role > one of the Witnesses in the
above Prosecution maketh Oath and saith that
since Tuesday lastto this Deponent hath
the day on which a Bill was preferrd to and formd
by the Grand I my a June Bill against the above
named Robert West< no role > he him Deponent hath
continued in Town for the purpose of giving
Evidence against The said Robert West< no role > on his Trial
but understanding that the Court would not
set till above Eleven o Clock in the forenoon
of this day he did not attend before that Norr
for the propose of giving such Evidence concereing
that that Hom would be him enough Con'd

from the Court through any I as or an affection
to the Prisoner or from the Promise ofanya
reward from any Person or Persons whomsoever
