We the underwritter the Ministers and

of the Parish of saint Sepulchre in the County of
Middlesex beg leave recommending Nathaniel

Alley Cow Cross Street in the said County of Middlesex for
unserviceable House and other Cattle pursuant to
the act of Parliament passed for that purpose

And We hereby Certify They are
fit and proper Persons to be Intrusted with the
Management and Carrying on Such Business
