The Humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Bartholomew by the Exchange
in the City of
London
Sheweth
That by an Order or Pass warrant bearing date the twenty seventh day
of October 1790 under the hands and seals of

and
Rupert Clarke< no role >
Esquires
two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the County of
Middlesex
(one where of being of the Quorum) Whereby
Ann Kemp< no role >
Single woman
was removed and conveyed from and out of the parish
of saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said
parish of saint Bartholomew by the Exchange
as the place of her last
legal settlement
That your Petitioners apprehending themselves aggrieved by the
side order or pass Warrant of the said two Justices Humbly appeal against to
the same
And therefore pray that your Worships
will be pleased to order the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch
in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid and all persons concerned to attend
this Court some day this present Session to hear and
abide the Judgement and determination of this
Court touching the premises and that your
Petitioners may have such relief there in as
to your Worships shall seem meet
And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
