Session of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition of the Church wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Mary Low Church called in the Order of
Removal Saint mary High Church in the
Town of Kingston upon Hull .

Sheweth

That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of
John Spiller< no role > and H. Jackson Esquire two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County of
Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the fifth Day of November last past Ann Robinson< no role >
Wife of Thomas Robinson< no role > (now at Sea) and her Female
Bastard Child named Ann< no role > of the Age of Six Years were
removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Leonard Shore ditch in the County of Middlesex to the
said Parish of Saint Mary Low Church by the Description
of Saint Mary High Church aforesaid in the said Town of
Kingston upon Hull as the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said Ann Robinson< no role > and her Female
Bastard Child where by your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore appeal
against the said Order, and humbly
pray Relief on the Remises, and that
your Worships will be pleased to
appoint some Day in the Present
Session for the Hearing and determining
this their said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray
Etc.
