To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County
of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Liberty of the Rolls in
the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of Sir
Geo: Booth< no role > and Rup Clarke< no role > Esqr. Two of His Majestys Justices of the
Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the Thirteenth Day of November 1790 Matthew Kelly< no role > was
removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint James at
Clerkenwell in the said County of Middlesex to the Liberty of the Rolls
in the said County as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Matthew Kelly< no role > whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore appeal against the
said Order and humbly Pray Relief in the Premises
and that your Worships will be pleased to save unto
then the benefit of their said Appeal and appoint
some Day in the next Quarter Session of the Peace
to be holden in and the said County for the hearing
and determining this said Appeal
