The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Martin
in the Fields
within the Liberty of Westminster
in
the County aforesaid.

That by virtue of an Order or Pap Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of

Two of His
Majestys Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the City and Liberty
of Westminster
(One whereof being of the quorum) bearing Date the
18th Day of December 1790

was removed
and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Margaret in
the City of Westminster
to the said Parish of Saint Martin in this
fields
as the Place of her last legal Settlement where by your
Pititioners conceive themselves aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal to this
Court against the adjudication of the said Two Justices
and their said Order and pray your Worships will Etc.
