Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon the Examination

as otherwise, and likewise upon due Consideration had of the Premises,
do adjudge the same to be true; and we do likewise adjudge, that

thereof: And we do also hereby require you the said Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St of Mary le Bone
otherwise mary Bone
to receive and provide for them as Inhabitant of your
said Parish Given under our Hands and Seals the twenty fifth
Day of November in the Year of our Lord One thousand
