At the General Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King holden in and for the County of
Middlesex at the Session House on Clekenwell
Green on Monday the 6th. day of Decr. in the
thirty first Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered That the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Paris of Saint Sepulchre in the said
County of Middlesex , Have notice of the within Appeal
and They & Persons Concern'd Do attend the Court on
Thursday the Ninth Instant at nine of the Clock in the
forenoon of the same Day to hear & abide the Judgement
& determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
