The Humble Petition & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Mary Matfelon otherwise
WhiteChapel in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands & Seals of Charles Friquet< no role > Joseph Faikney< no role >
Esquires . Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in 7 for the County
of Middlesex , One whereof being of the Quorum, bearing Date the
4th. Day of November, Benjamin Hipwell< no role > , Ann Hipwell< no role > his wife
Robert Hipwell< no role > his Son. Aged about 9 Years were remove'd & Convery'd
from & out of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the County aforesaid
to the said Parish of Saint Mary Matfelon otherwise White Chapel
as the Place of their last legal Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners
Conceive themselves to be aggriev'd

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Court againt the Adjudication of the
said Two Justices, and Their said Order
and Pray that Your Worships will be pleased
to appoint a Day to hear & determine the said
appeal
