Spoon was so pawned and pledged and the Name and place of
abode of the Person by whom the same was so [..] pawned and Pledged
and also the Name and place of abode of the Owner thereof according
to the Information of the Person Pewning or Pledging the same
according to the Direction of the Statute in such Case made and
provided but wholly neglected to make such Entry as aforesaid
contrary to the Form of the Statute in such Case made and
provided

And you Petitioner was adjudged to pay and
For fort For Such Offence the Sum of Ten Pounds
Whereby your Petitioner concieves himself aggrieved

AndYour Petitioner therefore most humbly prays that he may be at
Liberty to Appeal to the said Conviction And
that, a day in this present Session may be appointed
for the hearing and determining thereof [..]
