Notice of this Petition and Appeal and that he and all Parties
concerned do attend this Court on Thursday the ninth day of December
Instant at the hour of nine o Clock in the forenoon of the same Day
then and there to hear and abide the Judgement and Determination of
the said Court touching the same.
