At the General quarter Session of the
Peace of our Lord the King holden in and for
the County of Middlesex at the Session House for
the said County on Monday the Fifth day of July
in the Thirtieth year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc
Before William Mainwaring< no role > , david Walker< no role >
John Spiller< no role > , Jacob Leroux< no role > Esquires and others
their Fellows Justices four said Lord the King
assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid
and also to hear and determine divers Felonies
Trespasses and other Misdemeanors committed in
the County.

Whereas Joseph East< no role > an Inhabitant of the Parish of Harmondsworth
in the County of Middlesex and also the Farmer or Occupier of the Great
Tythes of the said Parish and of a House and Lands there Hath at this
present Session Exhibited his Petition and appeal settingforth That the
fields himself aggrieved by a Rate or Assessment made by the Church wardens
and overseers of the poor of the Parish of Harmondsworth in the said
County of Middlesex on the Ninth day of June 1790 for the relief of the
poor of the said Parish by reason that He is Charged in the said Rate
or Assessment for Seven Acres of Land called Hunts at more than the
Rack Rent thereof and for that the Petitioner is therein assessed for the
Great Tythes of the said Parish at the Rack Rent thereof and that
John Hubbard< no role > of Harmondsworth aforesaid Clerk is not Charged in the
said Rate or Assessment at the Rack Rent for the Vicarage House and
and Premisses nor is the Tenant or Occupier thereof charged for the same
and that the said John Hubbard< no role > is nor charged at the yearly value
for another House in the said Parish belonging to and occupied by him
and that Thomas Weekly< no role > is not charged in the said Assessment
at the Rack Rent for the Vicarial Tythes and Glebe Lands of the said
Parish by him Rented and holden of the said John Hubbard< no role > and that
James Tillyer< no role > of Harmondsworth aforesaid the owner and Occupier of
Lands and Premisses there is not charged in the said Rate of
the Rack Rent or annual value thereof and that James Tillyer< no role > of
Longford in the said Parish the Occupier of a certain Farm and Lands
there and holden by him of thomas Whipham< no role > is not charged at the
Rack Rent for the same and that John Meads< no role > in not charged at the
