Session of the peace held in and for the and, City
and Liberty by adjournment on Friday the 2nd.
day of July Instant It was Resolved that a
Committee be appointed Consisting of Thomas
Gordon
< no role > Edward Naish< no role > William Hyde< no role > John
Collect Robert Abington< no role > and Edward Read< no role >
Esquires to meet the Magistrates for the County
of Middlesex in Order that a proper and
Convement time and place may be appointed
to proceed to the Election of a New Collector of
the said Tolls I am therefore to inform you
that the said Committee will attend the Session
of the peace for the County Middlesex to be
holden on Thursday next the 8th. day of July
Instant for such purpose

And the sd. Commee of Magistrates of the said City
& Liberty of Westmr. havg. attended this Court
this Day.

Resolved That the said Election for the Collector
of the Tolls of Hay and Straw of Saint James's Hay
Market be on Tuesday the 20th. day of July Instant
at Guild hall Westmr. by Ballott between the
House of Twelve and Two to commence at 12
& Close at 2 & that Notice thereof be given in the
public News papers.
