Rack Rent or Annual Value for a Barn Stables and two Acres of
Orchard belonging to and occupied by him in the said Parish and
that the said John Meads< no role > hath other Lands not Charged in the
Assessment and that Weekly philip Owner and Occupier of Lands in the
said Parish is not charged in the said Rate or Assessment at the
Rack Rent or yearly Value thereof and that the Petitioners is assessed
at a Rack Rent for all his Lands holden in the said Parish and
that the said John Hubbard< no role > Thomas Weekly< no role > James Tillyer< no role > of
Harmondsworth James Sillyer of Longford John Meads< no role > Weekly
Philip< no role > , Thomas Jarvis< no role > , William Wild< no role > Jonathan Appelton< no role > and the
other Owners of Land in the said Parish occupyng the same by
themselves respectively are not charged in the said Rate or
Assessment for or in respect of such Lands at or after the full
Yearly Value thereof or according to a Rack Rent for the same
and that the said Rate is inequal and unjust whereby the
Petitioner conceived himself aggrieved Now upon hearing the said
Appeal and what hath been alledged by the respective Parties their
Counsel and Witnesses in and concerning the Premises It is
Ordered that the said Rate or Assessment be and the same is
hereby Quashed
