Session of the Peace for the County of Middlesex to be held at
the Session House on Clerkenwell Green within the said
County the Court will be moved that the Regognizance
entered into by you before Robert Smith< no role > Esquire one of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County
on Wednesday the Twenty Eighth Day of April last for
the Appearance of Joseph Bare< no role > of the Parish of Saint Botolph
without Aldgate in the said County Barber at the last
General Session of the Peace for the said County to abide
and perform such Order or Orders as should be made in
pursuance of an Act of Parliament passed in the Eighteenth
Year of the Reign of her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth
touching or concerning the Birth of a Bastard Child or Child
of which Mary Jones< no role > This name instance is in set 792. This set is in the group(s): MothersBA . of the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate aforesaid Singlewoman by her Voluntary Examination
taken in Writing and on Oath on the said Twenty Eighth Day of
April declared herself to be Pregnant and that the said
Joseph Bare< no role > is the Father of the said Child or Children and
which Recognizance was continued until this present General Quarter Session;
may be further continued until the next General Session of the
Peace to be held at the Session House aforesaid on Monday
the Thirteenth Day of September next by reason that
the said Mary Jones< no role > is not yet delivered of the said
Child or Children Dated this ThirdDay of July 1794
