to wit Nicholls Bullen< no role > of the Parish of saint Botolph
without aldgate in the County of Middlesex Beadle of
the said parish maketh Oath that Mary Jones< no role > This name instance is in set 792. This set is in the group(s): MothersBA . of the
Said Parish Single woman on or about the Twenty
Eight Day of April last by her Voluntary Examination
then taken in Writing and on Oath before Rice Davies< no role >
Esquire one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
said County declared herself to be Pregnant with one
or more Child or Children and that the Same is or are
likely to be born a Bastard or Bastards and to be
hergaeable to the said Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate and that Joseph Bare< no role > of the said parish Barber
is the Father of such Child or Children And this Deponent
further saith that on the said Twenty Eighth Day of April
John Watson< no role > of Parsons street in the Parish of Saint John
Wapping in the Said County Broker and Isaac Hutchinson< no role >
of No 2 Plough alley in the Parish of Saint George in the
Said County entered into a Recognizance for [..]
Said Joseph Bare< no role > to appear at the then next General
Session of the Peace for the Said County and to abide
and perform such Order or Orders as should be made
in pursuance of an Act of Parliament passed in the
Eighteenth year of the Reign of her late Majesty Queen
Elizabeth, And that the Said Recognizance was continued
until the next General Quarter Session of the Peace for the
said County by reason that the said Mary Jones< no role > was not
then Delivered of the Said Child or Children And this
Deponent further Saith that the Said Mary Jones< no role > is now an
an Inhabitant of the Said Parish of Saint Botolph without
aldgate and is not yet delivered of the said Bastard
Child or Children and that the said Child or Children is or are
likely to be born a Bastard or Bastards and to become
chargeable to the Said Parish as this Deponent [..] arily belives
And this Deponent further smith that the said John Watson< no role > and
Isaac Hutchinson< no role > were severally served with a Copy of the
Notice hereto annexed
