Gentleman Maketh Oath saith that he was present
and did see the within named Richard Cannon< no role > the Prosecutor
duly Execute Sign seal and deliver the within Deed Pott or

subscribed by him the said Richard Cannon< no role > in the Presence of George Foreister< no role > and this
Deponent And this Deponent further saith that the Name
Geo: Foreister and D J Bruce to the said Deed Poll or

Proper Hand Writings and Signature of the said George
